《2018 年雇佣（修订）条例》于自 2018 年 2 月 9 日起正式生效。 职业介绍所不得向求职者收取订明佣金以外的款项，即就每一宗成功介绍而言，不得多于求职者觅得职位后的第一个月工资的百分之十，并且只可在求职者获发第一个月工资后收取。将职业介绍所滥收求职者费用的刑罚已提高至最高罚款港币35万元及监禁三年。持牌人、职业 介绍所的管理人员和受雇人员如违法有关法例，同样可被检控。 职业介绍所的持牌人、管理人员和受雇人员应切记： 不得收取求职者佣金。 不得协助任何人士、机构或公司就安排求职者来港事宜收费。 不建议、安排、鼓励或强迫求职者向任何金融机构或个人借贷。 不得扣押求职者的护照或身份证件，以强迫他们支付或退款。 不要建议雇主扣减求职者工资，以支付任何费用或款项。 必须遵守《职业介绍所事务守则》 的其他规定及 如需了解更多信息，请联系我们 sales@centreo.hk。
