If you have changed your business name, you should notify the Business Registration Office within 1 month of the change. The business registration number, original and new business name, business address and the date of change should be stated.
Alternatively, you may furnish the details on the form IRC 3110A.
What happens if you fail to submit the application on time?
Any person who fails to submit notification shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine of $5,000 and to imprisonment for 1 year.
