When you have made an appointment to open a bank account, clients always seem to worry what they need to bring and what evidence is needed. Here is a quick guide to the key things and you will need to bring on the day:
1) Yourself
2) Your HKID card
3) Proof residential address proof ( they do prefer HSBC personal bank account statement)
4) The invoice we issued to you for the comp incorporation and registered office address service
5) The certified true copies of Business Registration, NC1, M&A and CI (inside the green box)
6) The company round and signature chop
You might as well bring along your new business card if you have one and a print out of your website just to provide even more evidence. But it is not necessary. (Centre O business centre can help provide business cards for clients)
They will be likely to ask you some questions regarding your business:
1) Your expected turnover for the first year
2) Your business plan,
3) Target market (location, countries, distribution)
Normally when clients use our HK company incorporation service, we also provide support for them throughout the process of opening a bank account and establishing a foundation of their business
