IGTB platform upgrade and go Paperless Era
Bank of China recently announced that they are upgrading their online commercial accounts. It mentioned IGTB online account users are not going to receive any paper customer advice soon. Bank of China will start not mailing out their monthly statements from 3rd May 2021. The act is in response to environmental protection and the sustainable trend of green banking.
What can you do?
The business users can simply download the electronic version of customer advice via the IGTB website.
Paperless, is it good for you?
Paper Customer Advices and Monthly Statements are easy to mess up. For example, you may lose it or it may hide in somewhere by accident. Alternatively, a cup of coffee can kill it. However, if you keep them in electronic version. Then you can download and print when you need it for monthly accounting or auditing purposes.
How to download?
- Login to IGTB net
- Click “STATEMENT” under “INFORMATION MANAGEMENT – MAIN PAGE”
- Choose “IGTB NET DAILY ADVICE”
- Select date range to download the electronic version of the “CUSTOMER ADVICE”
