Many of you are often required to have you passport certified. These certification is used for company incorporation, visa applications, client due diligent check, bank check etc….
A proper with clear text and picture coloured scanned is needed. Both upper and lower bio page must be scanned as one full page document. Nevertheless, the size of the passport scanned has to be exact same as the passport size, 17.7cm X12.5cm, do ensure you also fill out your passport signature on the upper page of the passport.
Any CPA, lawyers or notaries are not able to certify a passport that has been re-sized, blurred out text, cut out passport page edges.
