I’ve heard this sentence plenty of times, an even though it sounds like sound advice, I have never been able to implement it into my life. Maybe, it’s time I did.
Avoiding your gears may give you a sense of comfort, but also will not solve the problem. Actually, there is a big chance your fear will get even bigger and have even more control over your life.
Becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable is one of the best things to do. Doing a small thing that scares you every day is like a work-out for your courage (and we all know that we should work out at least four times a week). After a while, you will see the result and feel your potential truly maximized.
