Life gets tough sometimes. You need to realize that body pain, or physical pain, mind pain and spiritual pain are all one and the same. The progression of pain, whether starting as physical, emotional or spiritual will always end up involving the other two. If you have pain that is unacknowledged, the pain WILL become chronic. So chronic pain is a body-mind-soul issue, as all matters of your health are.
A logical reason for this: more people are anxious and stressed; more muscles are tense and contracted, causing over time a weakening of the muscles and inefficiency in general. Symptoms are the way your body alerts you to this. If feelings are ignored, your subconscious mind must find another way to get its message across and help you to see that your deeper needs are not being me.
Spiritual pain, spiritual pain and emotional pain are inseparable:
Pain in your head
The pain in your head, like headaches and migraines, can be triggered by daily stress. Make sure you always take enough time to relax.

Lower back pain

• Exercise: Exercise is a natural way to bring your body pleasurable relaxation, and help to protect against the physical effects of daily stress
• Having a good sleep: You can have the best diet and exercise program possible but if you aren’t sleeping well, your mental health can suffer and it is difficult to make healing progress.
• Schedule time to eat and make sure to maintain optimal health by regularly consuming healthy food: such as vegetables.
