Virtual To Serviced (Scenario)

A client today enquired about the use of virtual office and serviced office.

We had the perfect solution for him as he was quite specific on his needs. He only required 3 months of virtual office for the time being but was interested in using a serviced office but was not sure on his potential numbers. He had already incorporated his company in HK and plans to expand. Therefore cowork was another option for him to use as he did not need a dedicated phone at this moment in time and wanted the freedom to move around whilst having a permanent working location. He was happy to know that parcels and letters could be delivered at two of our office locations therefore he could pick them up at his convenience depending on his location.

Office Designs and Feelings

Continuing on from our previous questions about interior design, we feel having unique items or greenery in the office is a positive notion as the feeling of nature and organic products proves to enhance working behavior.

In centre o connect, we have placed multiple greenery around our serviced offices and cowork area in both office locations: Sheung Wan and Wanchai. This gives us a much better vibe for employees and clients as this creates the effect of a homely surrounding.

We also have placed novelty items such as pictures, teddy’s, model monuments to display a multicultural environment.

We want to match our positive vibe with our positive services we provide.
