It feels great to be a kind, encouraging boss. But this is just that – it makes YOU feel great, but is it really that good for your team? More often than not we choose to avoid telling our employees something that they might not like, but that would also help them to grow as professionals. A truly caring boss has to step over his/her discomfort and tell their underlings what is holding them back.
