When you want to open a bank account in Bank of China , you should prepare the below documents:

• Basic documents required:

(1) Articles of Association

(9) Business proof (e.g. contacts, invoices, purchase orders & shipping documents)

(10)Business Reference letter (If there is only one director and he/she is not HK residents)

(11)Company search fee: HK$150

 

• Monthly requirement for Bank of China:

(12) Total relationship balance HK$50,000

(13) If you do not reach the Total relationship balance, those will be a monthly                administration fee of HK$120/month.

• Basic documents required:

(10)Certificate of Continue Business (When shareholder is an overseas)

(11)Bank account opening/application fee: HK$1,000

(12)Initial deposit: HK$10,000

(13)Company search fee: HK$150

 

• Monthly requirement for Hang Seng Bank:

(14) Total relationship balance HK$50,000

(15) If you do not reach the Total relationship balance, those will be a monthly                administration fee of HK$180/month.

• Monthly requirement for The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation:
