First Learning & Sparkling Launch Review (23/09/2014)

 

Last night was a success with great new experiences of learning about entrepreneurship combined with lovely wine and sparkly.

 

Laurent Timmermans gave a brief history on the launch of entrepreneurship and explained into detail today’s society of how it is affecting us and the increasing amount of entrepreneurship behavior today.

 

It was followed by an intense debate and discussion about countries around the world and their political and economic reforms. (Good thing there was plenty of sparkly to maintain relaxation time) Detailed analyses of how entrepreneurship and education has a correlation and what the future holds in terms of working class skills and resources.

 

Be sure to attend the next great Learning and Sparkling event. Will be plenty of learning and networking…and of course wine and sparkly.

首次学习和起泡酒活动回顾 (2014年9月23日)

昨晚，我们成功地学习创业的新经验，再加上可爱的葡萄酒和起泡酒。
 
Laurent Timmermans 简要介绍了创业精神的历史，并详细解释了当今社会对我们的影响以及当今越来越多的创业行为。
 
随后，就世界各国及其政治和经济改革进行了激烈的辩论和讨论。（好的是，有很多闪光点可以维持放松时间））详细分析创业和教育之间的关系以及工人阶级技能和资源方面的未来。
 
一定要参加下一个伟大的学习和闪耀活动。将有大量的学习和网络……当然还有葡萄酒和闪亮的。

Stay Casual

On 30th September there is a dress casual day to raise money for CHARITY!

“The idea to dress casual on a working day to raise funds for charity originated from the United States. The Community Chest first introduced this idea to Hong Kong in 1993.

Dress Casual Day is a popular fund-raising event. The number of participants is increasing every year. In order to increase the involvement of the participants in the event, different competitions are held every year. All the participating organizations and schools also carry out some internal functions to show their support.

Over HK$18 million was raised last year, let’s do it again and bigger this year! Centre O Connect business centre is in full support of this.

9 月 30 日有一个着装休闲日，为慈善事业筹款！
公益金于 1993 年首次将这一理念引入香港。而“在工作日穿着休闲装为慈善事业筹集资金的想法起源于美国。
着装休闲日是一项颇受欢迎的筹款活动，参加人数每年都在增加。为了增加参赛者对赛事的参与度，每年都会举办不同的比赛。各参与机构和学校也开展了一些内部职能以表示支持。
去年筹得超过1800万港元，今年让我们再做一次，做更大的！Center O Connect 商务中心对此全力支持。

Office smell? What office smell? (Part 2)

3 days later after our new office smelling incident… we have come to a conclusion of the use of a pineapple….

It was a Success! We used one of our external staff to come into our new office before we laid out the pineapples and he agreed that the smell was quite potent from the new furniture. We asked him to come back over a period of time and see if he noticed a difference in smell. He said that there was substantial improvement. We also noticed a difference.

So if you have some sort of bad odor in your office or workstations, maybe planting a pineapple could do the job. You never know…

我们的新办公室发生异味事件的3天后，我们得出了使用菠萝的结论……
这是一个成功方法！在我们布置菠萝之前，我们请了一名外部员工进入我们的新办公室，他认为新家具的气味非常强烈，我们让他过一段时间回来看看他是否注意到气味的不同。他说有很大的改善。我们也注意到了不同之处。
因此，如果您的办公室或工作站有某种难闻的气味，你永远不会知道，也许种植菠萝可以解决问题。

离岸免税申请

如何申请离岸免税申请呢？
一般而言，离岸免税申请是与提交首份利得税申报表一并提出的。对于新成立的公司，税务局会在成立日期后的 18 个月内发出首份利得税申报单。
利得税申报表须连同以下文件一并提交：
♦
财务报表和损益表/损益表的核证副本；
♦
审计报告；
♦
计税表，并附有显示应评税利润如何计算的附表；
♦
利得税申报表上的离岸免税申请。
税务局通常会要求公司提供额外的信息和文件来支持申索。税务局可能会审查随机选择的交易，并检查这些交易所涉及的各种活动是否发生在境外。
因此，建议保留完整的交易记录，以说明所有活动均发生在香港以外的事实，例如：

显示离岸运营地点的组织图
♦
电子邮件、传真和分项电话帐单，显示向客户/供应商拨打的电话号码
♦
与客户和供应商的会议备忘录
♦
显示访问地点和日期的旅行收据和护照复印件
♦
采购订单、销售订单和装运单据
