Since 1st April 2015, Bank of China (BOC) imposed a counter transaction limit to all corporate customers. Bank Of China announced a good news to Business Integrated Account (BIA) customer. BIA customer can enjoy 30 to 50 complimentary counter transactions per month. The numbers of complimentary transaction according to the account type.
Services are considering as counter transaction at Bank of China:
- Cash Deposits;
- Cash Withdrawals;
- Cheque Deposits;
- Fund Transfers; and
- Mixed Deposits

The complimentary counter transaction for non-Business Integrated Account is 10/month. After that complimentary transaction charges at HKD20 each. The chargeable fee will be deducted from the customer’s HKD savings or current account.
BIA customers have enjoyed the counter transaction service fee waiver from 1st April 2019 till 31st March 2020. And now the wavier extended till 31st March 2021.
Still, BOC reserves the right to adjust to amend, suspend or cancel the above-mentioned waiver programme without prior notice.
