City’s Super, Market Place by Jason’s, Oliver’s and ParknShop are known to have gluten-free options.
Specialty Stores
Logically, your first step in search for gluten-free products would be among shops specializing in just that. And there are quite a few right here in Hong Kong:
Health Essential
Health Essential caters to the health conscious and those with special dietary needs and they have been doing it since 1992.
Here you will find organic, gluten-free and allergy-free foods: quinoa, fruit spreads, pasta and pasta sauce, bread, and a variety of condiments.

Another perfect stop for those with special dietary needs.
