I have made this course for people that want to quickly and economically draft a plan to structure their idea and create alignment inside their team. It’s a light version of my big course “Create a Damn Good Business Plan”

You can use this course to: quickly structure your idea without spending 3 months on plan development, discuss with partners, get a quick plan and know where you are going, you could also use it to apply for a HK visa  (with a few tweeks). But this is not sufficient to go after fundraising and pitch investor. 

We use a visual method with brainstorming templates.

At the end of this course, you will have a clearer idea on what you want to do with your business. You will also be able to draft a simple DECK presentation to discuss your plan.

Tax Filing And Annual Reporting for A WFOE

A WFOE is required to update its books on a regular basis. You will need to:

–       File a tax return (monthly)

–       File individual tax return report (monthly)

–       File Corporate Income Tax Report (quarterly)

–       File Annual Corporate Income Tax Report (annually, after the accounting year end)

More on annual reporting

A WFOE is required to prepare audited accounts under the company laws. In addition, a copy of the audited financial statements is to be furnished with tax report purpose.

The audited financial statements are not available to the public or to the foreign authorities, except those of a listed company.

We can provide supporting services after incorporation, such as book keeping, auditing and tax filings for both the WFOE and its employees.

外商独资 企业的纳税申报和年度报告

外商独资企业需要定期更新账簿。您需要：
– 提交纳税申报表（每月）
– 提交个人纳税申报表（每月）
– 提交企业所得税报告（季度）
– 提交年度企业所得税报告（每年，会计年度结束后）

根据公司法，外商独资企业必须准备经审计的账目。此外，应提供经审计的财务报表的副本以用于税务报告目的。
经审计的财务报表不向公众或外国当局提供，上市公司除外。
在公司成立后，我们可以为外商独资企业及其员工提供支持服务，例如簿记、审计和税务申报。

Requirements for Registered Capital for a WFOE in China

The minimum requirement for registered capital is RMB 30, 000 (USD 4, 950). Under the company’s laws the paid-up capital is equal to the registered capital. Investors and shareholders must contribute the full amount of registered capital and deposit the money into a specified bank account in the name of the WFOE.

In case of a service-type company in Shenzhen, the minimum registered capital required is RMB 100, 000 (USD 16, 400).

The investor has two options as to the timing for contribution of the registered capital.

–       The investor can choose to contribute the capital in one installment within 6 months after the date of incorporation

–       OR the investor could choose to do that in two installments within a period of two years. The first installment must be more than 20% of the registered capital and contributed within 3 months. The balance should be paid within 2 years after the date of incorporation.

Note: The amount of registered capital should be audited by a firm of certified public accountants. This is called contribution verification.

外商独资 企业在中国的注册资本要求

注册资本最低要求为30, 000元人民币（4, 950美元）。根据公司法律，实收资本等于注册资本。投资者和股东必须缴纳全额注册资本，并将资金存入外商独资企业名下的指定银行账户。
如果是深圳的服务型公司，最低注册资本要求为100, 000元人民币（16, 400美元）。
对于注册资本的出资时间，投资者有两种选择。
– 投资者可以选择在公司成立之日起 6 个月内分期出资
– 或者投资者可以选择在两年内分两期进行。首期必须在注册资本的20%以上，并在3个月内出资。余款应在公司成立之日起 2 年内支付。
注：注册资本金额应经注册会计师事务所审计。这称为贡献验证。
