l     Class 16
Paper, cardboard and goods made from these materials, not included in other classes; printed matter; bookbinding material; photographs; stationery; adhesives for stationery or household purposes; artists’ materials; paint brushes; typewriters and office requisites (except furniture); instructional and teaching material (except apparatus); plastic materials for packaging (not included in other classes); printers’ type; printing blocks.
This class includes mainly paper, goods made from that material and office requisites.
This Class does not include, in particular: certain goods made of paper and cardboard; paints; hand tools for artists.
Examples of companies and products:
Double A Public Company – paper
Post-it – Notes, memos.

l     Class 17
Rubber, gutta-percha, gum, asbestos, mica and goods made from these materials and not included in other classes; plastics in extruded form for use in manufacture; packing, stopping and insulating materials; flexible pipes, not of metal.
This class includes mainly electrical, thermal, acoustic insulating materials and plastics, being for use in manufacture in the form of sheets, blocks and rods.
Examples of companies and products:
Sybron endo – gutta-percha.
Floatex – floating anti-pollution barriers.

l     Class 18
Leather and imitations of leather, and goods made of these materials and not included in other classes; animal skins, hides; trunks and travelling bags; umbrellas and parasols; walking sticks; whips, harness and saddlery.
This class includes mainly leather, leather imitations, plus travel goods that are not included in other classes.
This Class does not include clothing, footwear and headgear.
Rimowa – Suitcases.
Samsonite – Computer bags.

l     Class 19
Building materials (non-metallic); non-metallic rigid pipes for building; asphalt, pitch and bitumen; non-metallic transportable buildings; monuments, not of metal.
This class includes mainly non-metallic building materials, in particular: semi-worked woods; veneers; building glass; glass granules for marking out roads; letter boxes of masonry.
This Class does not include cement preservatives, cement-waterproofing preparations and fireproofing preparations.
Examples of companies and products
Wienerberger – bricks.
K.Wah Construction Materials Limited – asphalt.

l     Class 20
Furniture, mirrors, picture frames; goods (not included in other classes) of wood, cork, reed, cane, wicker, horn, bone, ivory, whalebone, shell, amber, mother-of-pearl, meerschaum and substitutes for all these materials, or of plasticsdfs.
This class includes mainly furniture and its parts and plastic goods, not included in other classes.
This Class does not include certain special types of mirrors, classified according to their function or purpose; special furniture for laboratories or medical use; bedding linen; and eiderdowns.
Examples of companies and products:
IKEA – beds, sofa and other furniture.
Red A – Plastic goods.
