Serviced Offices (Scenario)

Today a client came to visit our serviced offices. She wasn’t sure on her approximate duration of stay in Hong Kong whether it would be short term or long term. She also explained how her team was expanding and therefore wasn’t too sure on the amount of workstations that she would need.

A simple solution was introducing her to coworking space to serve as a temporary workstation until she established a clearer answer to what size serviced room to take and for how long in the future. This allows her to continue and focus on her business and work whilst giving her flexibility and time to decide the right choice.
